Photo Day: We will work with the team or league to schedule a suitable photo schedule. We believe it is better to schedule the session when there are no games scheduled. Out process recognizes the importance of not taking valuable practice or team time. Our photography process is fast and efficient. We will photograph each player and coach individually. From those, we artistically build compelling team photos. The advantage of this process is that complete team photos can be created even if a player is late to the session or cannot make the session. We can arrange a make-up day to ensure all players and coaches are part of the team photo.
To provide the best experience, we suggest securing an inside location, or have an inside option available the day of the photo session. Setting up the session at an indoor location eliminates weather variables from negatively impacting the photo shoot. We don’t shy away from shooting outdoors. In this environment we create an outdoor studio using a pop-up tent or under the cover of a pavilion. This is quite effective unless there are harsh environmental conditions that would make it impossible to photograph the team.
Cost: Our base price covers the costs of taking and editing the individual images, creating the team and memory mate photos. Our on-line store offers a verity of packages that include both prints and digital downloads. Each player is provided a free digital team photo download. We also offer lots of individual a la carte items and we DO NOT require customers to purchase a package to be able to order a la carte items. We also do not restrict the number of poses that can be included in most packages. We also offer specific packages that allow for multiple athletes...which is great for parents who have multiple children in the program…they can purchase one package and include poses of all of their children.
Ordering Prints: Each athlete’s photos are saved in a private gallery for private viewing. Each gallery is password protected with a unique code. Once the photos have been edited and processed (usually about 2 days after the photo shoot), parents will receive an email notice and can then login, review the photos, and place their orders.
